Three steps to your first agent
Create your account
Go to AssistPulse and sign up with your email address. You’ll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
Create and configure an agent
- Click New agent in your dashboard.
- Give it a name (e.g. “Reception assistant”).
- Write instructions telling the agent how to behave — who it represents, what questions it should answer, and when to transfer calls.
- Choose a voice and adjust speech settings.
