Three steps to your first agent

Create your account

Go to AssistPulse and sign up with your email address. You’ll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
You get a free plan with test minutes so you can try everything before committing.

Create and configure an agent

  1. Click New agent in your dashboard.
  2. Give it a name (e.g. “Reception assistant”).
  3. Write instructions telling the agent how to behave — who it represents, what questions it should answer, and when to transfer calls.
  4. Choose a voice and adjust speech settings.

Test your agent

Click the microphone button in the bottom-right corner of the agent page to start a test call directly in your browser.Speak naturally — your agent will respond in real time using the voice and instructions you configured.
Test calls use separate test minutes and don’t count toward your monthly allowance.
