Viewing call history
Your dashboard shows a complete list of all calls handled by your agents. Each entry displays:| Column | Description |

| Duration | Call length in minutes and seconds |
| Status | Call outcome (completed, transferred, missed) |

Filtering and searching
Use the filters above the call list to narrow results:- Agent — show calls for a specific agent
- Date range — filter by time period
- Search — search by phone number or transcript content
Call detail view
Clicking a call opens a detail dialog showing:- Summary — AI-generated summary of the conversation
- Transcript — full text of the conversation
- Sentiment — overall caller sentiment (positive, neutral, negative)
- Duration — precise call length
- Token usage — input and output tokens consumed
- Metadata — call SID, timestamps, agent info
Test calls
Calls made using the browser microphone test feature are marked as test calls in the history. They use test minutes (separate from production minutes) and are visually distinguished in the list.Test calls have the same transcription and analysis features as production calls.
