Profile overview

Your profile contains basic account information used across the platform.

Editable fields

Updating your profile

  1. Go to Settings → Profile.
  2. Edit the fields you want to change.
  3. Click Save.
Changes take effect immediately.

Language setting

The language setting controls the interface language only. It does not affect:
  • Your agent’s speaking language (configured per agent)
  • Call transcription language (configured per agent)
  • Documentation language
You can also switch the interface language using the language toggle in the header, available on every page.
