Profile overview
Your profile contains basic account information used across the platform.
Editable fields
| Field | Description |
|---|
| Company name | Your business name, displayed in your account and used for billing |
| Language | Interface language (Dutch or English) |
| Email | Your login email (read-only, shown for reference) |
Updating your profile
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Edit the fields you want to change.
- Click Save.
Changes take effect immediately.
Language setting
The language setting controls the interface language only. It does not affect:
- Your agent’s speaking language (configured per agent)
- Call transcription language (configured per agent)
- Documentation language
You can also switch the interface language using the language toggle in the header, available on every page.
