Create an agent
Open the agent dialog
From your dashboard, click the + New agent button. A dialog will appear asking for basic details.
Fill in the basics
- Name — a descriptive name like “Sales assistant” or “Support agent”.
- Description (optional) — a short note for your own reference.
Write instructions
The instructions field is the most important part. This is where you tell the agent:
- Who it represents (company name, role)
- How to greet callers
- What topics it can help with
- When to transfer or escalate

Choose a voice
Select from available voices: Ash, Ballad, Coral, Sage, or Verse. Each has a distinct tone and character.
