Upgrading your plan

Go to subscription settings

Navigate to Settings → Subscription in your dashboard.

Select a plan

Choose the plan you’d like to upgrade to.

Complete payment

You’ll be redirected to a secure payment page (powered by Mollie). Payment is processed via iDEAL.

Plan activated

Your new plan takes effect immediately. Minutes and token limits are updated right away.

Downgrading

You can downgrade your plan at any time from the subscription settings. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you downgrade to a plan with fewer agents than you currently have, you won’t lose any agents, but you won’t be able to create new ones until you’re within the limit.

Usage resets

Your monthly minute and token allowances reset on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
