Invoice history

All payments are recorded and accessible from your dashboard:
  1. Go to Settings → Payment.
  2. Your invoice history shows all past payments, including:
    • Subscription payments
    • Phone number purchases
    • Token top-ups

Invoice details

Each invoice shows:

StatusPayment status (paid, pending, failed)

Payment methods

AssistPulse uses Mollie for payment processing. Supported payment methods:
  • iDEAL — primary payment method for subscriptions
  • Additional methods may be available depending on your region
Subscription payments are processed automatically each month using the mandate created during your first payment.

Recurring billing

For paid plans, billing works as follows:
  1. First payment — you pay via iDEAL and a mandate is created
  2. Monthly renewals — subsequent payments are charged automatically
  3. Overage charges — if you exceed your plan’s minute allowance, overage is billed at the end of the billing period
