Reset your password

If you’ve forgotten your password:

Go to the login page

Navigate to the AssistPulse login page.

Click 'Forgot password'

Click the Forgot password? link below the login form.

Enter your email

Enter the email address associated with your account.

Check your email

You’ll receive a password reset link. Click it to set a new password.
The reset link expires after a limited time. If it’s expired, request a new one.

Change your password

If you’re already logged in and want to change your password:
  1. Go to Settings → Profile.
  2. Use the password change option.
  3. Enter your new password and confirm.

Account deletion

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — agents, call history, knowledge bases, and settings — will be permanently removed.
To delete your account:
  1. Go to Settings → Profile.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

What happens when you delete your account

  • All agents are permanently deleted
  • All call history and transcripts are removed
  • All knowledge base documents are deleted
  • Phone numbers are released back to the provider
  • Active subscriptions are cancelled
  • You will be signed out immediately
If you have an active paid subscription, it’s recommended to downgrade to the free plan first to avoid being charged for the current period.

Data security

AssistPulse takes data security seriously:
  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
  • Database access is protected by row-level security
  • API keys and secrets are stored securely
  • Authentication is handled via industry-standard protocols
