If you’ve forgotten your password:Change your password
If you’re already logged in and want to change your password:- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Use the password change option.
- Enter your new password and confirm.
Account deletion
To delete your account:- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
What happens when you delete your account
- All agents are permanently deleted
- All call history and transcripts are removed
- All knowledge base documents are deleted
- Phone numbers are released back to the provider
- Active subscriptions are cancelled
- You will be signed out immediately
If you have an active paid subscription, it’s recommended to downgrade to the free plan first to avoid being charged for the current period.
