# Invoices

> View and download your billing history.

## Invoice history

All payments are recorded and accessible from your dashboard:

1. Go to **Settings → Payment**.
2. Your invoice history shows all past payments, including:
   * Subscription payments
   * Phone number purchases
   * Token top-ups

## Invoice details

Each invoice shows:

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| **Date** | When the payment was processed |
| **Description** | What the payment was for |
| **Amount** | The total amount charged |
| **Status** | Payment status (paid, pending, failed) |

## Payment methods

AssistPulse uses **Mollie** for payment processing. Supported payment methods:

* **iDEAL** — primary payment method for subscriptions
* Additional methods may be available depending on your region

> Subscription payments are processed automatically each month using the mandate created during your first payment.

## Recurring billing

For paid plans, billing works as follows:

1. **First payment** — you pay via iDEAL and a mandate is created
2. **Monthly renewals** — subsequent payments are charged automatically
3. **Overage charges** — if you exceed your plan's minute allowance, overage is billed at the end of the billing period
